¶ 1. Wisconsin Physicians Services Insurance Corporation ("WPS") appeals from a summary judgment granted in favor of Zurich Ameri*623can Insurance Company on its subrogation claim. WPS claims that the trial court erred in ruling that WPS must pay Zurich the $350,000 Zurich paid to settle a health insurance dispute. Zurich cross-appeals from the trial court's order denying its request for 12% prejudgment interest and optical imaging costs. Because the trial court did not err in ruling on the issues contained in both the appeal and cross-appeal, we affirm.
