Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered December 5, 1975 in Ulster County, which granted respondent’s motion to dismiss the petition on the ground petitioners failed to serve notice of petition and petition in the manner required by section 708 of the Real Property Tax Law.
