This suit was instituted here in January, 1811, by the plaintiffs, who were the cestui que trusts, under a deed of trust, against Samuel and Tench Ringgold, to obtain an account of the trust property, and the payment and delivery of the balance in their hands. And by a final decree of this court of the 30th of September, 1824, the defendants were ordered to pay to the plaintiffs, on or before the first of December then next, the sum of fifty-three thousand eight hundred and fifty-seven dollars and seventy-nine cents, with interest on thirty-nine thousand four hundred and eighty dollars and…

Bland, Chancellor,

Ordered, that the matter of this Petition be heard during the second week of the ensuing December term: And, that proofs be taken, as to the sufficiency of the sureties offered, before any Justice of the Peace, by either party, on giving reasonable notice of the time and place of taking the same to the opposite party, or their solicitor. And it is further Ordered, that the issuing of execution on the final decree in this case be stayed until the hearing of the matter of this petition or further order.
