OFFENSE CHARGED

Theft. Ill Rev Stats 1965, c 38, § 16-1 (a).

JUDGMENT

After a bench trial, defendant was found guilty and sentenced to a term of 2 to 6 years.

Defendant was not proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
