This is an appeal from a conviction of first degree murder, for which appellant was sentenced to life imprisonment without possibility of parole.

William T. Green, the victim, was an informer for the Narcotics Division, United States Treasury Department. He was shot and killed at approximately 9:30 p.m., August 11, 1961, in his automobile parked in the 1500 block of North C Street, Las Vegas, Nevada.
