This was an action of ejectment tried in the circuit court of Adams county. A special verdict was returned by the jury, in which the following facts are found." Adam Bower, who was the owner of the premises in controversy, died in 1834, leaving three daughters, Mary, Martha, and Sarah. Mary was married to Vm. Haile, Martha to Wm. M.
