CHRISTIAN, Judge.

— The offense is theft of property under the value of $50; the punishment, a fine of $50 and confinement in the jail for ten days.

It was alleged in the complaint and information, in substance, that appellant fraudulently took from the possession of R. Y. Anderson one Kingston carburetor of the value of $9, one casting of the value of $8.50, one water pump of the value of $9.50, one magneto of the value of $10, and one gas line of the value of $1. R.
