J. M. Ulmer was appointed by the probate judge of Barnwell County guardian of the plaintiff and her brothers while they were minors, and gave bond in the sum of $300, which was regarded adequate for the small estate then in view. The administrators- of an estate in which the minors were interested subsequently represented to T. S.
