Terry Joanne Williams sued Harold L. Martin Distributing Company, Inc., d/b/a Martin Food Mart No. 5 (“Martin Distributing”), and Chevron U.S.A., Inc. (“Chevron”). Williams alleged that Martin Distributing had negligently constructed and negligently maintained a wheelchair ramp and adjacent curb and sidewalk and that its negligence had caused her to fall and be injured.
