Supplemental and Amended Order to the Court’s Order entered December 6, 2000

In this Chapter 13 bankruptcy, the Court entered an Order on December 6, 2000, sustaining, in part, the Trustee’s Objection to Property Claimed as Exempt, thereby abolishing the allowance of the wildcard exemption in this District. Since the entry of the Court’s December 6; 2000, Order, trustees throughout this District have flooded the Court with objections to debtors’ claimed wildcard exemptions.
