OPINION

HOLMAN, Justice.

This is a mental illness case under the Texas Health and Safety Code, sections 571.001-.021. A jury was waived, and after hearing evidence and finding that the Appellant R.S.C. had a mental illness which made it likely that she would cause herself serious harm if not treated, the court signed a judgment on October 19, 1995, for court-ordered temporary mental health services, committing Appellant to the Wichita Falls State Hospital for a period not to exceed ninety days. A separate order, signed the same day, authorized her treatment with psyehoac-tive medication.
