Appeal from an order of the County Court of Cortland County (Campbell, J.), entered July 6, 2012, which granted defendant’s motion to suppress evidence.

Following a traffic stop, State Troopers found heroin in defendant’s vehicle and he was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, driving while ability impaired by drugs and moving from lane unsafely.
