¶ 1. Residents of Morrison Heights Subdivision sought to have Morrison Heights Baptist Church declared in civil contempt for violating an injunction which restricted the use of church property located within the subdivision, and further sought to have amendments to the restrictive covenants governing the subdivision declared invalid.
