This matter is before the Court on Defendant Carolina Fire Control, Inc.’s (“Defendant” or “CFC”) Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. #24] on Plaintiff Mandi Marie Alexander’s (“Plaintiff’ or “Alexander”) claims of Family Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”) interference, Title VII sex discrimination, and North Carolina state wrongful discharge.
