MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiffs Krista P. and her parents Mr. and Mrs. P. (“Parents”) seek judicial review of a Hearing Officer’s (“HO”) decision under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”), 20 U.S.C. § 1400 et seq. Presently before the Court is Plaintiffs’ motion to admit additional evidence pursuant to 20 U.S.C. § 1415(i)(2)(B)(ii) and motion for summary judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56.
