Pro se plaintiff Anthony Price (hereinafter “Price” or “plaintiff’) alleges, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1988, that Sheriff Edward Reilly, Kim Edwards, RN, Perry Intal, Mary Sullivan, RN, Dr. Benjamin Okonta, and Nassau University Medical Center (hereinafter “defendants”) violated his Eighth Amendment rights by acting with deliberate indifference to his serious medical needs while plaintiff was incarcerated at the Nassau County Correctional Center (hereinafter “NCCC”).
