The instant matter arises out of a motion for remand that has been filed by the De fendants/Counterplaintiffs/Third Party Plaintiffs, Douglas Mires and Michael Kus.

Mires and Kus leased automobiles through the Third Party Defendant, the Meade Group (Meade), who subsequently assigned the lease agreements to the Plaintiff/Counterdefendant, General Electric Capital Auto Lease (G.E.
