This is an appeal from the order of the circuit judge at chambers, in equity, sustaining the demurrers and dismissing appellants’ petition for an injunction.

The petitioners-appellants are Marian Rawlins and Millie F. Rawlins, and the respondents-appellees are the City and County of Honolulu, its mayor, and members of its board of supervisors, and Izumo Taisha Kyo Mission of Hawaii, an eleemosynary corporation, and its committee on dissolution.
