The above-captioned matter is presently before this court based upon a petition filed by the Commissioner of Social Services on January 22, 1980, alleging that the respondent has violated an order of support. Said support order, dated May 22, 1978, was made pursuant to an order of filiation of the same date, declaring the respondent to be the father of Adrian Donald Loomis, II.
