In a medical malpractice action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Burke, J.), entered January 24, 1990, as, upon renewal, granted the defendant partial summary judgment dismissing so much of the complaint as relates to the time period from August 10, 1981, through May 1, 1982.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with one bill of costs.
