McLaughlin, J., at suppression hearing; Bonnie Wittner, J, at jury trial and sentence), rendered April 12, 2002, convicting defendant of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the first degree and assault in the second degree, and sentencing him to concurrent terms of 15 years to life and 7 years, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
