Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia ATLANTA,__________________ May 30, 2013 The Court of Appeals hereby passes the following order: A13A1824. DAVID LEE WHITE v. THE STATE. In 2006, David Lee White pled guilty to possession of cocaine and other offenses and was given a partially probated sentence. In 2009, the state petitioned to revoke his probation on the ground that he had committed a variety of new crimes, including aggravated assault.
