An action of right, commenced January 16, 1846, by Joseph S, Bumam against Bucldey *40C. Hopping. The suit was instituted and pleadings filed under statutory provisions. The cause was finally submitted to a jury, at the April term of the district court in 1849, and a verdict returned that the plaintiff had right to the immediate possession of the premises described in the writ and declaration. A judgment was rendered accordingly.
