This action has been brought before the Court pursuant to section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C.A. § 405(g), seeking review of a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare, denying Plaintiff’s petition for a finding of a disability period *80and disability insurance benefits, on the basis of his application filed December 15, 1964.
