This case was tried before the Court without a jury between August 12th and August 15th, 2013. Plaintiff Catlin (Syndicate 2003) at Lloyd’s (“Catlin”) and defendant San Juan Towing & Marine Services, Inc. (“SJT”) subsequently submitted proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law.
