DUFFY, District Judge.
This is an action brought pursuant to Title 42, Sections 405(g) and 1383(c)(3), of the United States Code, to obtain judicial review of the Commissioner of Social Security’s final decision, which denied Lucy Jolly’s (“Jolly” or “Plaintiff’) claims for Disability Insurance Benefits (“DIB”) and for Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”).
