2Per curiam

The Grievance Committee for the Tenth Judicial District served the respondent with a verified petition, dated December 13, 2012, containing five charges of professional misconduct arising from his representation of a plaintiff in employment litigation. After a preliminary hearing on October 25, 2013, and a hearing on February 7, 2014, the Special Referee issued a report that sustained all of the charges except charge four.
