Pending before the Court is Class Counsel’s Motion for Award of Attorneys’ Fees and Reimbursement of Costs and Award of Incentive Fee (Doc. 809). In the motion, counsel requests a fee of $6 million, reimbursement of costs in the amount of $3,134,600.53, and a $25,000 incentive fee for each of the five named class representative. Plaintiffs’ counsel worked diligently and competently throughout a long and complicated course of litigation. In the end, they were able to secure a sizeable benefit for the class as a whole.
