Plaintiff, Industrial Fire & Casualty Insurance Company, appeals from a declaratory judgment in the Circuit Court of Fayette County. The plaintiff sought a determination of liability coverage under a farmownersranchowners insurance policy it had issued to the defendant, Dr. D. J. McDermith.
