The plaintiff, Central States Trucking Company (Central), appeals from the trial court’s dismissal of its complaint for administrative review of the decision of the defendant, the Department of Employment Security, in an underlying dispute over the plaintiff’s failure to pay assessments pursuant to the Unemployment Insurance Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 48, par. 300 et seq.).
