John Duvall appeals the circuit court’s dismissal of his petition asking that the circuit court order a professional corpora tion, Silver, Asher, Sher and McLaren, M.D.s, Neurology, and its partners and shareholders, Irving Asher, Allyn Sher, and Robert Silvers, 1 to pay him damages for alleged antitrust violations and tortious interference with business relations. The circuit court dismissed Duvall’s petition on the ground that it did not state a claim for which it could grant relief. We affirm.
