Appeal by the People from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Grosso, J.), dated March 24, 2009, which, after a hearing, granted that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress physical evidence.

Ordered that the order is affirmed.

In its suppression ruling, the Supreme Court found the testimony of a police officer, the People’s sole witness, regarding the events surrounding the stop of the defendant’s vehicle and the defendant’s arrest, to be incredible.
