This case originated in a claim by the claimant against the defendants for benefits under the Workmen’s Compensation Law. This claim was heard by the Commissioner of Industrial Relations on July 25, 1950. On November 17, 1950 the Commissioner found that the claimant had on October 24, 1949 received a personal injury by accident arising out of and in the course of his employment by the defendant Knight and awarded him compensation of $25.00 a week for temporary total disability.
