The plaintiff obtained a divorce a mensa et thoro by a decaree in the Court of Common Pleas of Bradford County, entered February 16, 1915, the Honorable Edward C. Newcomb, of the Forty-fifth Judicial District, specially presiding; .included in which decree was an allowance of alimony in the sum of $2,000, annually, payable in equal monthly installments. In April, 1924, the plaintiff presented a petition to the court for an order increasing the amount of alimony for reasons set forth in the petition, among which was the expense incurred by the petitioner in successfully…
