Julia A. Clayton, as administratrix of the estate of her deceased husband, John S. Clayton, filed a petition in the probate court of LaSalle county for the purpose of obtaining an order to sell certain real estate of which her husband died seized, to pay the debts of the estate. The petition recites that John S. Clayton, who in his lifetime resided at Utica, died May 14, 1909, leaving the petitioner, his widow, and Grant F. Clayton, Charles S. Clayton and Glennie C.
