DAVIDSON, Presiding Judge.
Appellant was convicted of murder in the second degree, his punishment being assessed at twenty years confinement in the penitentiary.
The evidence shows that appellant and deceased were somewhat in rivalry for the affection and favors of a negro woman, whose chastity, under the evidence, was not above suspicion. On the night of and previous to the homicide these two negroes met at the house where the woman, whose name is Delia Nobles, resided.
