THIS IS a business reorganization case commenced by a voluntary petition filed by WPAS, Inc. (the Debtor) on July 1, 1980. On the same date, the Debtor filed an application and sought permission to continue to operate its business and on July 7,1980, this Court entered an order, ex parte, and authorized the Debtor to continue to operate its business.
