This case is before the District Court on the appeal of Concrete Ready-Mix of Lynchburg, Inc., a claimed mechanic’s lien- or, and twenty other such claimants, from a judgment of the Bankruptcy Court holding invalid their liens on certain property owned by the bankrupt debtor, County Green Limited Partnership.
