—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant was convicted following a jury trial of robbery in the first degree (Penal Law §§ 20.00, 160.15 [4]) and related counts of grand larceny in the fourth degree (Penal Law §§ 20.00, 155.30 [4], [5], [10]) arising from his participation in the armed theft of a purse from an elderly woman. There is no merit to the contention of defendant that County Court should have suppressed his statement to the police as the product of an unlawful arrest of defendant in his home without a warrant.
