1. The plaintiff in this action is Quikey Manufacturing Company, Inc., a corporation of Ohio having a place of business in Akron, Ohio.

2. The defendant in this action is City Products Corporation, a corporation of Ohio having a place of business in Akron, Ohio.

3. United States Reissue Patent No. 24,166, the patent in suit, was granted on June 12, 1956 to Benjamin Stiller, now deceased. On December 31, 1959, Benjamin Stiller assigned said patent to plaintiff, and plaintiff has continuously been and still is the owner of said…
