Olson v. Olson

This is an appeal by the father of three minor children from an order of the Missoula County District Court covering child custody, support and visitation rights. This order requires the father (the custodial parent) to pay $375 per month child support ($125 per month per child) during the children’s periods of visita tion with their mother, (the noncustodial parent) plus the children’s cost of transportation to the mother’s home in Everett, Washington.
