Plaintiff Lexington Insurance Company (“Lexington”), a professional malpractice insurer, filed this action in 2011 against Defendant/Third-Party Plaintiff Horace Mann Insurance Company (“Horace Mann”), an automobile insurance provider. Lexington seeks a determination that it had no duty to indemnify its insured, Horace Mann, for a loss that Horace Mann encountered.
