Affirming.
The following note was executed to the First National Bank of Louisville:
*755“Louisville, Ky., May 29, 1907.
“Sixty days after date X promise to pay to the order of the First National Bank of Ijouisville, five thousand dollars, value received, negotiable and payable at the office of the National Bank of Kentucky. * * *
“White City Company,
“By C. C. Bickel, President.”
On the back of the note when it was delivered to the bank appeared the following signatures:
