The plaintiff in error, Melville C. Fames, assignee of the Calumet State Bank, appealed to‘ the Appellate Court for the First District from an order of the county court of Cook county entered on December 3, 1910, on the petition of the defendant in error, Kate Becker, setting aside an order of distribution entered on December 5, 1902, and ordering him to pay her the amount of a claim of $2139.15 allowed on October 29, 1909. The Appellate Court dismissed the appeal, “and we granted a writ of certiorari for the review of the judgment of the Appellate Court.
