This was an action in replevin brought for the purpose of recovering possession of an automobile. After the action was instituted Eleanor M. Abslag intervened, claiming the automobile by reason of a writ of garnishment. The trial to the court without a jury resulted in findings of fact and conclusions of law sustaining the claimed title of the plaintiff and her right of possession. Judgment was entered accordingly from which the intervener appeals.
