This case arises out of an action brought in the circuit court of Winnebago county by Kaethe Willgeroth, administratrix of the estate of her deceased husband Alfred 0. Willgeroth, against Susie W. Maddox, as administratrix of the estate of her deceased husband, William A. Maddox. The complaint alleged that on August 10, 1933, William A. Maddox was driving his automobile and Alfred 0.
