Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed July 13, 2012, which, among other things, denied a request by the employer and its workers’ compensation carrier to reopen claimant’s workers’ compensation claim.

Claimant, a meat packer, sustained a work-related injury to his back in July 2004 while pushing a jack containing 800 pounds of meat across the floor.
