OPINION
JAMES T. CAMPBELL, Justice.
James Mitchell Murphy brings this appeal from his conviction for transporting anhydrous ammonia with the intent to manufacture a controlled substance. The court assessed punishment in accordance with the jury’s verdict at seven years confinement. In ten issues appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence sup porting his conviction, the admission of testimony and the procedures used in selecting the jury. We affirm.
