Leila Cruzan, widow of Kirk Cruzan, filed her claim under the Workmen’s Compensation act for compensation on account of the death of her husband, an employee of plaintiff in error, the Jacksonville Transfer and Storage Company. The arbitrator who heard the cause found that the deceased did not come to his death by reason of an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of his employment and that the claimant was not entitled to compensation.
