The dispositive question in this appeal is whether the chancellor was correct in ruling that certain restrictive covenants applicable to lots in a subdivision had been violated and in enjoining such violations.
Curtis L. Harris and Edith G. Harris, husband and wife, and other owners of lots in Woodland Heights Subdivision 1 near Martinsville filed their petition for a permanent injunction in the trial court to enjoin Frederick Lynwood Foley and OK-Soon K.
